do you think tour guid is a good jod

i have many friends working as a tour leader,a decent jod loved by young people. the place i live is a tourist resort,a senic town with beautiful mountains and fine waters,and i do see how hard my friends work and how tough to deal with various situations. it is a tough jod while you get well paid. some people may reckon being a tour guid as a mere oppertunity for free traveling,but apparently the way how tour leaders feel are diferent from tourists.sometimes they may feel like a touture rather than pleasure.what's your take?
