Online Fraud Site Got Me TWICE!

Two years ago my husband signed up for a subscription to a download site called unlimitedshock.net. It was supposed to offer movies, music and more. He opted for the two year subscription for $23.99. After giving them our credit card information, we were stuck! The site didn't allow you to do anything more besides pay them. It gave you the run-around and redirects you to unrelated sites. Well, it informed you of other FREE download sites, which we were already aware of. (Kazaa, Shareaza, Limewire)
We ended up disputing the charges with our bank, cancelling the account and chalking it up to a lesson learned... until a couple of days ago, that is, when we saw that $23.99 charged to our account once again! It showed up as mp3grandcentral and I recognized it immediately. When I called the 866 number, the lady even said that she had a note showing that the account was cancelled two years ago! She goes on to tell me that there isn't another number to reach the company and she cannot remove the charges, she can only try to cancel the subscription for the second time. Now, I have to fill out the paperwork all over again with my bank to dispute the charges and get our money back AGAIN! I reminded my bank that I'd disputed the same charges from the same company two years ago, as their records should show. It didn't matter because the paperwork has to be filed each time. Am I going to be doing this every two years forever???
How do you stop a fraudulent company such as this? I looked them up at the Better Business Bureau Online under the three names I know of; mp3grandcentral, unlimitedshock, and ipaycs... but turned up no results. Has anyone else been taken by this site? What did you do? Can we stop them from doing it again to others?
This is my attempt at getting the word out about this bogus site. I'm not sure how they can continue??? Are some people saying, "Oh well. It's only $23"? I like to get something for my money and refuse to be taken by some illegitimate business!!!

Would be better to contact your card company and ask for a replacement card due to possible theft. Way easier really. Stop the connection and they will not be able to do this again. I wish you luck with this. So maddening in this time of great care for our finances.

I had considered it but my credit card is a debit to be used same as Visa, so I'd have to close my bank account and reopen another. I am still thinking about it but I have other bills that are automatic withdrawals, like our car payment and insurance, so it may not be that easy : (

Is your account number the same as that number of your card? They should be able to change just the debit card number if it's not.

WOW! I can't believe that! I would be so upset too! Maybe your bank would issue a new number for your card. I had a ten dollar charge once that we could not account for so my bank (after fixing it) issued us both new debit cards with new numbers. That should take care of that problem.
It is so unbelievable the thieves there are in this world.
