i don't know where did i get this idea... but in this generation, i heard that some woman do this... is it true?

yes reynina, in my country it is quite common and no one gives it a second thought. it seems sometimes guys are too shy to make the first move so often times the lady will. this is common throughout the world and depending on the culture, quite accepted. where do you come from and is it considered acceptable there?
