guys there are rumours that pakistan can still qulify for super 8s........6 of ireland players were found with drugs and now they are being tested if the results are positive that team can get disqualified and pakistan can come in place of the irish!!!........... im not sure about this

Very very slim hopes to cling to. If it is true (and I hope it is not) Pakistan do not have the means to make it in the super eight stage anyway! I think the tournament has exposed their inconsistancies again, and with the tragic loss of Mr Woolmer they cannot have much left inside them to go on at the moment.
Let Ireland enjoy their time in the sun, who knows when they can win again.
