Do you have any and why?

I have three now, I've gotten one every year since I turned 16. For my 16th birthday I got a celtic rebirth butterfly, because I want everything to change in my life and it did. ^ months after I turned 17 I got my sones name on my wrist with a blue star and a capricorn symbol. Then 6 months after I turned 18 I got the celtic symbol for motherhood on the back of my neck with a red dot to represent my son and I plan adding dots to my neck and names to my wrist as I have more kids, maybe two more. I got all of them for the meaning and a release of stress.

I have five tattoos: two are Egyptian symbols, one is Chinese characters, and two are Norse runes. All of them are symbols that mean something to me, even though they are from three very diverse cultures. I got my first tattoo on my 30th birthday, so that one will always remind me of my birthday. The others were not on any special occasions, but they still are meaningful to me.

I have 2 tats that I got a few yrs back and both of them have meaning to me....I'll be getting many more (hopefully the next one next month) and all of them individually and combined really will tell the story of my life.....

I have four tattoos, all my own artwork and each one unique. I have a dragon, a dreamcatcher with a small spider on the web, a portrait and a stylised version of the logo of The Crow. The dragon is my special creature, the dreamcatcher is the hope that I will follow my dreams, the logo of The Crow is a bird in flight, a free spirit and the portrait is my own business.

My first tattoo was a butterfly on my right shoulder. It was just because I wanted a small tattoo. Now, my whole back is done and I have another one on my hip and upper thigh and I have a flower on the upper part of my right arm. I also got my eyeliner done. It took awhile for me to be talked into it, mostly because it was in the eye area, but I absolutely love it. No worries of eyeliner smudgeing in the corner of your eyes. The rest of my tats are of flowers, birds, and oriental work. I still have a little more work to be done on my back before its complete. I chose what I did because I wanted works of art not fads that change every day.

I have two self-done tats right now, a pentacle a rune for Love cuz I'm Wiccan....I'm getting, next month, blocked letters of LOVE shaded and crumbling apart on the inside of my lower arm. I'm also toying with the idea of full sized faerie wings on my back...3D and everything...i have a huge list of tats I want though..haha

I have one on my lower back. I plan on getting more. I know I will never regret it because it is my daughters name.
