Last week I started to go to gym after a break of almost 1 year.
And now I have a body fever so bad that I can't move my arms and my chest.
Yesterday I went to the gym and the fever isn't so big right now.
But to you know a way to escape body fever that is much faster?

I am pretty sure your fever has nothing to do with going to the gym unless you picked up a virus there. Fevers tend to run their course unless it is a bacterial infection that requires antibiotics. I would suggest plenty of rest and fluids. However, I am not a physician. If your fever does not go away soon you should see a doctor. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Thanks for the advice but I'm not referring to this sort of fever.
I'm fevering to body fever. Like I went to gym and now my body aches.
I know that to escape it I have to go back to the gym but I want to escape from it faster.

Oh! Sorry for the misunderstanding. HAHA I have never heard muscle aches referred to as a body fever. I go through the same thing when I go to the gym and find that a hot bath and some ibuprofin helps trememdously. My gym sells advocare products as well so if I have been lifting weights more than normal I will drink a packet of "rehydrate". It is supposed to have something in it to prevent aching muscles. Good luck to you and I hope you feel better. PS My husband's favorite shirt features a Marine Corps logo on the chest and on the back is the saying "Pain is just fear leaving the body". I keep saying that to myself when I am at the gym. lol

No problem.
I went back to gym after 1 day rest and my body fever started to go away.
