Sorry if I grossed anyone out.
I'm trying to brave the pain but I guess I don't have a very high pain threshold. I used to rely on painkillers but taking it every month just seemed stupid for my general health.
I wonder if the gals of mylot have any solutions. I already tried infrared heat earlier and massage but neither worked. Sleeping works but I can't sleep the whole day.
Not in my usual perky mood because of the riot in my womb. It's been painful the whole day.

I don't know how painful your actually is, it seems pretty bad but manageable? Mines were really, really bad that I was literally unable to lay down. I have to take painkillers, nothing else works. Have you seen a doctor. I don't know how old you are, but I was told that one way to get rid of bad cramps was to go on birth control. Like I said I don't know how bad yours are, but my was tears streaming down my eyes bad, I could not function at all. So, maybe just going to the doctor to get checked out and asking for their advice might help.

Menstrual Cramps is really painful for some women. I experience the same thing. What I do is I find my best position in bed first when I feel comfortable, I put a hot compress in my tummy or should I call if belly. I do this over and over again till the pain is gone. It is effective for me, maybe you should try it too.
