2007-03-23 Toronto Maple Leafs at Buffalo Sabres

Every team that the Leafs are in a race with got a point last night. This makes tonight (much like every other game in the last 2 weeks and the next 3 weeks) a much win game for the Leafs.
I for one have a feeling they'll show up.
What are your thoughts?

I'm a little late responding here, but I remember that day when every team Toronto was fighting with got a point. I thought for sure Toronto was going to earn a playoff birth after their huge win over Montreal. I didn't think the Islanders could pull it off against the Devils, but they did, much like the way Toronto beat Montreal. I am a sabres fan, so I couldn't be happier right now. Lets Go Buffalo!

That was a hell of a bad day for Leafs fan, and I agree with every single word you said, I thought even against a thinned Devils line-up we were in, and then the poke check that ended our season :(
That poke check just HANDED the Sabres the cup in my opinion. So, lucky you.
