Frustrated Parent of a Difficult Teen?

I have 25 years of parenting experience and 15 years teaching and program development experience working with difficult teens (this includes active gang members, young offenders, youth dealing with substance abuse, youth in conflict with thier families). I will be more than happy to share my experiences and knowledge with parents who need an opinion about their situation. Feel free to post here and I will respond.
