how do you keep it all straight?

I have just started joining sites that pay to read emails and this site and the paid forum. For those who do lots of these type of things for income, how you keep everything straight?

I am glad that you started this discussion for I have just been keeping everything in a notebook and I think that I need to go through and get rid of what I don't work on alot and concentrate and maybe start a blog as the rest of you do to keep track of what i do do online.I have way too many things going and you starting this discussion has also helped me to reorganize so to say...thanks
