Exercise while pregnant

Anyone know any exercises I can do while I'm pregnant. I've gained a ton of weight and they want me to stop!

Stretching and swimming was precribed to me when I was pregnant. It is best that you consult your OB Gyne first regarding this. You may also want to cut on your food intake.

You can try walking, which is a good exercise even when you aren't pregnant! It's pretty low impact and most everyone can do it when pregnant unless you are on bed rest. You can start walking for only 15 minutes a day and build up to 45 minutes or an hour. I gained 100 lbs when I was pregnant, and I'm still trying to lose the weight a year later! If you start walking now and taking in account what you eat everyday (NOT dieting or cut calories, but just making sure that you aren't OVER eating for you and the baby) then it should be easier to lose the weight once you have the baby.
