hello
if there is any women here over weight like me and fell depressed for diet ..will its me 2 but we should stop our body to have alot of fat so i decided to try again but sometimes person need to suport and encourage so if u care send me so i can provide you with my diet i will start tomorrow and we can talke about what kind of sport we will follow 2
hand in hand we can start agin and we can make it this time

I am not on a diet right now or I would join you for sure. That is a very nice thing to suggest and I think you will probably have several ladies to take you up on your invitation. Just having someone else who is trying to lose weight along with you helps a lot.
I started a diet club once and we weighed in every Wednesday. Every week we each brought some kind of diet food, like a can of beets, or green beans and we collected them in a box. The person who lost the most that week got to take the contents of the box home.
Another time, we each put a dollar in a box. At the end of the month, the top loser got the money from the box.
Online, you might agree that the person who lost the most weight would get an e-card with a congratulation type of message from all the other members.
However you decide to do it, good luck. I hope you all lose lots of weight.
