Familiar Faces?!

It happened with me many times that I see someone on the street or any place and don't know!, feel like there is some thing specail related to me with that one,
And,
after may be months or even years I meet that one again and do something with he/she may be for work or anything else!
I swear that happened with me manytimes!
what is your opinion?

Yes, it's strange, I guess that it's a good thing not bad.
But, you know it makes me get confused sometimes by asking myself how this happenes!

Yes, this has happened to me, too. There are times even when the person greeted me when I met him and I didn't answer back in recognition of it. I feel so ashamed when we'd meet again relative to work at hand and he reminds me of having met me before.

Yes, some ppl have common faces or similarity but, I was talking about someone to see him or her for the first time and you remember exactly the situation, just you feel that there is something with that one related to me, after a period of time to see him/her again or even to work with!

Don't know,
may be right and may be wrong but,
