taking a break from MYLOT

I took a break from MYLOT for a week cause i had other things that needed doing.It was getting to additive i was on it every nite and not grtting to my bed till late.
What's the longest you have stayed off MYLOT for and why?Do you find it additive?

Yes, I find it addictive.Well, I have logged in almost everyday since I joined it ,but there are days when I am busy and spend less time online or on mylot.Once I didn't sleep through the night because I never noticed the time until it was dawn,but that was only once ,just after I had joined Mylot.

yes it definetely a bit addictive.I usually spend two hours a day,but sometimes when i am busy i dint log in at all..
