I found the richmen in our district send their children abroad to study. Is this a good choice for them? To you, if you have enough money, will you have the choice? When you decide to study abroad, which country will you go to? I want some information about your choices, please.

Yes, I will send my kids aboard for studies. As myself is the by product of aboard education. I went oversea for my degree and I was very glad that my parent supported me and I turn out stronger after 3 years away from home.
It is not that my country education system is not good, but they are a bit content based thus the student a not that creative or flexible. After spending 12 years of education in the country and in the comfort of your parent taking care of you. At the age of 18++, it is time to go out and explore and learn new things. While overseas, you will need to take care of all your personal as well as your school work. It will build up the interdependent character of the person.

I agree with you in this point. In fact, the basic education in China is of high quality. And it is worth being valued for this reason. When your children is 18 years old, they can handle many things by themselves most of their time.Only in this case, you can set your heart at rest.

If money isnt a problem, ill choose to study abroad because of their expertise and the reputation of schools. Because in finding a job, the employers look for schools you graduated from (they look for a reputated school, school with good name etc). I think ill choose Harvard from USA because it is one of the finest schools in US (as I heard)

You have chosen the top shool Harvard. But it is really expensive. I guess there is not so many persons can offer the fees. If you are learning Science and Technology, I am happy to tell you that MTU which is in Michigan is perfict too, and it won't be as expensive as Harvard.

You mean that you don't want to study in a certain place for a long time?

Contentment is greatest happiness.I will never prefer abroad for higher studies because there are plenty of prospectus in India. We can study here on nominal rates. There is no dearth of chances.I can prefer abroad only for touring. What do u think?

If India has enough good condictions for your further study, you will of no need to go abroad. In this way,you do not have to leave your family for several years.

Well, America has some of the finest universities in the world, so I wouldn't study abroad strictly for better education. But I'd love to go overseas and take classes in a foreign country. Greece, England, Ireland, Spain - there is so much history I could explore in addition to taking classes at a local institute of education.

You are right!USA's university is the topest in the world. If I have a chance,I will choose to study abroad in USA too.But I go abroad only for its education, not anything else.As I known, some people go abroad for its good living condiction and aim for the emigration.

If money isn't an issue, I'd go wherever the best schools for my area of study were located, if it was a safe place for foreigners.
If I had the choice, I'd probably go to a country that speaks my language, because I am really poor at learning languages. When I was a tutor I used to tutor foreign students in the U.S. I really admired their determination. It took them so much longer to do their assignments because they were not fluent in English. I had one student who told me it took him half an hour to read one page of English. And he was carrying a full course load of engineering classes.
When he first came here he lived with a houseful of students who spoke his native language. But by the second semester he moved into dorm housing because he wanted to be with English speaking students to learn the language better. He was very motivated and was making decent grades because of it.
Of course, I don't expect that to ever be a choice for me at this point in my life. I'm 65 and on limited income. There would have to be some kind of miracle for me to have that opportunity.

Have you certainly a better opportunity after you complete your study abroad?Have you ever think of this problem seriously? Some of my friends who studied abroad such as Astralia, don't have a good job now, even didn't learn more outside. So when you are planning study abroad, decide what major to learn and which shool or university to enter clearly.

Of course,I will go out for my master's degree if I have a chance. But if only for the lower education,I think it is not worth doing that.

Sydney is really a beautiful place in my impression.Living there, the life is quite comfortable and it is quiet.Though I have ever gone to that place,I like it too.But have you learn more about the place?Such as the culture and the education system.

If i have enough money,i'll go abroad to study. If we come to a new country,we not only can learn a foreign language fluently but also can open our eyes for another interesting culture. As for the richmen in your district send their children abroad to study,i think they have their plan.of course ,this is a good choice for them.
If i decide to study abroad, America ia my frist choice.
