My friend was so upset yesterday when he received a letter warning them they will be sued by the tax department if they don't settle her wife's tax the soonest possible time. The problem is his wife has already passed away for 18 months now. It's so ridiculous and awful to know that this agency obviously is not doing its job well, they should know to do updates regarding their clients. I feel so bad about my friend, he hasn't got over by his wife's death and now they're telling him that his wife will soon be facing charges. How can we be sure that the taxes we are paying is really working for us coz this incident obviously showed they're wasting taxpayer's money.
