Does your family have one? What is it - not the actual recipe - yeah yeah, I know, it's a secret... But what is your secret recipe FOR?
My wife makes the meanest chili you've ever had... In fact, she has a lot of recipes that beat everyone else's.

A secret recipe that I heard is - cook when you are in a good mood or a good mental state. I believe that food cook by a happy person is tastier compares to food cook by a dull chef. And, you can try this too - food cook by a sincere person is tastes greater that food cook by an insincere person. How about others?

Oh absolutely. Good energy definitely goes into food, which goes into our bodies, which makes us feel better and stronger. The old phrase, "Cooked with love", is true.
My wife goes into an altered state (I think) when she's cooking - she's so happy and vibrant. It really comes through in the food she makes.

How aboyt my Mothers "Savoury Mince Delight!"
Our secret recipe is for cheap, in a huury meals. It is especially good for large numbers of peoiple that include fussy children.
I can write it out if you want.
