We are living in the new age now, where there are more number of women than men in the society. Does men still dominates everything like before? In the office, government officials, etc.? Who is the majority? Whose more capable doing better things? Men or women?

If you look at the top of most businesses, and at government, most of the people at the top are still men. Sure there are usually a few women but men still dominate in the whole. why this is i'm not sure, maybe there is still some sexism involved in choosing who reaches the top or maybe more simply its because a lot of women will put their career on hold to have children, therefore making reaching the top more difficult

But now a days isn't it that the society tries to erase being one sided and that everybody has equal oppurtunities when it comes to everything?
Could you say women now are more productive than men? because they are capable of doing both: being domesticated at home and at the same time working for a living.

Maybe, but then men have changed as well. I enjoy and am quite good at cooking yet batrely any of my female friends can cook at all. I think its become a more balanced society, men are now more involved in cooking and housework than they were in the past and women are working more.

I like guys who knows how to cook, its always a plus. And those girls who doesnt know how to cook, they were just lazy i guess...hehe :)
FYI: most chefs were men.
Anyways, if the society is getting more balanced now, why men still are pretty much dominant in office work, and barely there are just few women who have the seat in the government and there are still establishments that are stereotypes when it comes to women being on a certain kind of high position work?
