Suggestions for a good digital camera?

I dont know your budget but really you should go for a camera which has a good battery backup and a good memory size support so you dont have to transfer pictures to PC in order to make space.
Keep a spare battery always charged for backup purposes.
and a spare memory stick too incase you shoot a lot.

Yes I agree my last camera took a lot up in batteries I was always buying new batteries and downloading onto my pc. I never ha a memory stick but I think its a good idea as I like taking a lot of photos when I go out Thanks for the advice

We have a sony digital camera. It is rather easy to use & very easy to transfer the pictures from the camera to my computer. The images come out with good clarity. I love my digital camera. I don't believe the one we have cost very much but then again, it just depends on which one you would pick from that brand, they have a large range of prices. Thanks for the post.

Hi my profession isn't related to photography but I love taking photos when I go travelling and my job is in performing arts so I'm always around culture. I will look into different makes of canon. Know any good ones? Do you like taking photos? Toya

I just upgraded my digital camera.I had an older sony,the new one is also a Sony I like it alot it does movies with sound too.The model# is DSC-W55 it was around$199.00 is a 7.2 megapixel camera.It was definately worth the money.
