Lost in love.

Hello friends, I'm pretty new here. I seriously need some help about my current love life. Perhaps a little discussion & suggestion would help me out. It all started two years ago when i fell in love with this girl, A. After about two years, we both decided to mutually end our relationship as we were having tough times coping with our studies. Life was pretty much smooth until another girl, B, appeared in my life. She was going head over heels to try to grab my attention but i still kept my promise to A not to fall in love for now. Yesterday something bad really happened, B irritated me quite a bit and i told her "i don't know you" and she went to a corner and started weeping and weeping. Soon after the whole class got to know about it and it really makes me feel very guilty. Very indeed. I'm stuck in between two girls who are real gems and probably the type you can never say no to. And i cannot make up my mind who's running in my mind for now. I badly need some help..
