Well you can get all those things u demanded for free except a free domain.As far as I know there is no free domain available on the net.Only you can have redirects like www.dot.tk or sub domain. If you get domain name for free just the provider's name will be attached to your domain name...if you are suppose to start a business then it will not be unique and so try getting a domain name by paying...i got my domain name from here http://www.xnynz.com/xyz/web-hosting-legacy/ where they are providing free hosting...

Have a look at www.50megs.com they are pretty good for a free site. But after a few days they put alot of banners on it.
