Who is to be blamed for India's present condition in ICC Cricket World Cup 2007

Yesterday India lost to Sri Lanka and is probably out knocked out of the World Cup. Now all of the hopes rest on Bermuda and we are praying that they beat Bangladesh. But why are we in this situation again and who are to be blamed for this ? Is it Greg Chappel, Dravid or all those big names who are becoming liabilities in absence of quality performance on big occasions (they perform when least needed). Share your views.
