no use of admitting in such hospitals especially when doctors have no idea about the medicines to be administered to the patients

As far as I know, Dengue Fever is transmitted through mosquito bites and it is safe for the patient in the hospital even without isolation as the main treatment for patients with degue fever is through constant fluid replenishment in the body.
