there's a ghost in my house!!

at first i decided to move in to another house. then i saw this cheaped low-cost but big house. they said that the former residents of it died several months ago. but i said that "i don't care for it." A few weeks ago when i started to move my things on this house,i was amaze because besides its low-cost it has two bedrooms. when i already moved all of my things on this house,i started to live there all alone. on my first day, im going to take a bath on it's shower but i cant open the door of the bathroom. i look at the little hole in the door. then i saw a little girl standing toward the mirror,then i started to think of who is it. other times when i was playing my guitar someone is singing like a wind and when i was sleeping i hear someone calling me. this is what is happening into this house everyday. tell me should i leave it??
