You prefer doing threadmill or running outside??

What do you prefer more?? Running miles without moving a single inch or running in the open?? For me, i love running in the open as it gives more variation to your feet and u feel like actually 'moving' your muscle.

I do not like runnming. If given a choice between the two, I will prefer to run outside as it is not that boring as compared with running on a treadmill. Running on treadmill is just like running on the spot, you will see the same things thru out the run. While running outside, you can see more thing and it is not monotoness.

i would prefer to run in open.because you can feel like your actually trying to stay in shape and not just sit there on a threadmill and move your legs you get to move your whole body when you run in open.thats how i feel.

I would perfer to run on a tredmill. I am self concious so I think this would be a great alternitive, and you can do it even if its raining outside =D
