should CHAPPEL be continued as a coach ???

hi friends,
I am just asking your opinions about coach of INDIAN CRICKET TEAM. Whether it should be CHAPPEL or any other person from INDIA itself.
In my opinion it should be an indian and contract with CHAPPEL should be ended now.
Now please give your responses whether CHAPPEL should be continued as a coach or not ???

Big - " NO " , He may good in innovation practices and known for his experiment.. " WHAT IS THE END RESULT " We want result .. * He has made controversy with Ganguly * pathan was given over pressure at last he was not good bowler or bats man became unfit.

I definitely think so. And believe me this is not a knee jerk reaction to yesterday's loss. His theories seem very impractical and he seems to be at least 15 years behind the game as of now. His rotation policy in the first place made the Indian batting jittery and caused the lack of consistency that is making India suffer now. Then his public spat with Ganguly which cost him his captaincy also destroyed the team spirit to an extent and you could see India as 11 Individuals and not as Team India out there at the world cup.
I guess he should be sent packing and I feel that if Ganguly retires, making him the coach would be an ideal proposition. For one, he has his pulse on the game. For another youngsters trust and adore him. Lastly, he is an astute thinker and planner.
