From the unknown heights, falls drops of nectar
With a promise to quench the thirst of the Earth
Some call it rain, for me it seems divine, so great
Rejoicing the beaten barren, bringing smiles around
I see kids going bersark ,trees dancing in merry
An idyllic scene awaited long, by the hills high
Kneeling down before Him, The creator, I say
" Oh My Lord,Never ever make this land dry"
Still Iam, standing still in the downpour
My heart beating twice the normal,
I wonder why, my eyes started to rain
" Is that in glee? Are they tears of grief !! "
Drenched now Iam, admiring the Nature's gift
Reaching out for a destiny, far and hazy
I donno is that bad or is it good, I pray the Lord
" Give me that, Which you think is the best !!! "
