the diffcult last night.....

yesterday how i say that how much and how i endure two diffcult pain.i m from india and last night india played last match, in first round of world cup, aginst srilanka.it is very needed that india should have win this match to get into 2nd round.but india lost the match and i was feeling so depressed.this is not all abt my pain yesterday night i took 8 consecutive cigrate when i was watching the match and suddenly i was feeling a very hard pain in my stomach and i m feeling so helpless. i have no medicine so can i dealt with such situation.i prayed to god help me and i made promise to god that in future i will neve take cigrate but this time pls help me.i couldnt sllep till 5a.m. and after that i did not know when i slept and i gotup at 9 a.m.thanx to god there is no big problem i m feeling better right now but some depress becas of india defeat.
have u ever experinced such type of pain...

Well, yes I was depressed ,too as is natural.But I saw it coming once Yuvraj was runout.So,I wasn't expecting us to qualify for the supereights after that stage.I have had pain in my stomach a few times.For me,it wasn't unbearable though.When it happened I downed a painkiller after eating something and it relieved my pain.I have several friends who smoke more when they are tense and that isn't very healthy.Some alternative like eating more snakcs might be less harmful if not done frequently.

i told u abt the physical and mental pain that i endure last night. i always take care abt my health. i do joging and take exercise regularly.but this is the pain that i never experinced before.i had no pain killer that could deal with my pain. so i was feeling so helpless.
