the question i want to ask you is who decide standard for the html . who does upgrades in the html tags . how can i get new things in the tag.do tables in the html increses the loading time of the web page. is css is part of the htnl or it is seperate . is there any certification for the standard in the html. can i use html with any other programming language.

Well I dunno 'bout d one whu upgradez html...but u can easily update ur info 'bout html..... frm html updatez there r many sitez......!!
Den.... CSS is actually a style sheet wich iz programmed in html but iz separate frm d page....... a css iz like a different pattern design'd in html wich iz connected 2 a page ...... i meen link'd in order 2 giv it dat style...(font, background, etc..)
Well i dun guess u can use html elsewhere but yes u can use javascript in html..... dat iz a common practice now-a-dayz.....!!
