after a long day, its hard not to inhale a bag of chips so fast that you forget what flavor they were (bbq or salt & vinegar?). instead, make your postwork munchies break more luxurious. eating deliberately allows you to experienced the texture, flavor and crunchiness of the food and helps you relax. make bite- size snacks ahead of time that you can eat with your hands (it'll force you to take your time). try sliced fruit with honey or veggies with hummus. or dip some unripe mango in soy sauce and rock salt. kick back in your fave chair so you're primed unwind and dig in slowly.

well when you eat any of your food you should not be eating your food so fast that you cannot taste the food. It is lovely though to enjoy your food and eat slowly so relax when you eat.
