Career Life: Have fun, Be accountalbe

No matter what we do, career life is an important part in our lifetime. That's why it's really important to have a satisfying career life. As an employee of about 5 years' experience, I think there are two big steps to archive that. First of all, Have fun. Choose a right vocation according to personality. In John Holland's theory, most people are one of six personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. Different personality meets requirements of different vocations. Start from a right vocation not only means to have knowledge advantages but also be around people who are like us. Secondly, Be accountable. Make a overall planning of career life. Set up a misson statement. And decide what to do and where to go according to the big map. Take a monthly/weekly review. It helps to notify what we did excellent/stupid before, what we are doing good/poor now and what we should try to do next. Hundreds of step-stones piles up to be a mile-stone. Having a clear self-image does good to ourselves and colleagues within the team. In a word, "life is short"! Enjoy it meaningfully!
