Anyone Knows JustBeenPaid? / myLot

Hi, I ran into this downline building program JustBeenPaid. They pay your membership fee and you have to pass your first sale up to your sponsor before you start earning yourself... Anyone of you pro's heard of this one? Is it good or just another illusion??

I have never heard of this site. Has it been online for a long time or is it a new site? Anyway, it is good to know whether we join or not. Count it all knowledge about online businesses.
