well,there are presumptive sign in pregnancy.like nausea,vomiting,dizziness,tiredness,fatigue and so on..another type is probable sign that is possible movement of the fetus,enlarging of stomach.and the last sign is to be tested that is called positive signs of pregnancy.to test with 4 days delay of menstruation and buy pregnancy kit.two lines means positive you are pregnant and one line is your negative.

hi, for my case- i vomited, i had morning sickness. i overeat..those are the few normal signs in concieving. get an over the countrt preg. test..if you see double lines, then that's it- you're preggy. congratulations!

Symptoms are different for everyone. With me the first symptom was I wanted ice cream all the time. But that's not really a 'symptom'. Around 7 weeks pregnant I started getting morning sickess (which is really all day) and had it for 5 months. Pretty much all you can do is wait a few weeks and take a pregnancy test. Good luck to you.
