How do you get refferals on freebie sites?

Hi, I am currently trying to complete two freebie sites. http://www.camera.sumneri.co.uk and http://www.console.sumneri.co.uk for a free camera and a free console respectively. also have one for a free ipod for later. How do I get referrals though. I wrote an article, http://www.sumneri.co.uk/freebie.pdf if you want to sign up but are unsure, but how else can i get referrals. I did get them regularly, but now they have dried up, and also out of 24 yellows, only 1 is green. Thanks. Ed.
