Finding referals

Does anyone knows a really good site were I can advertise for my websites and then have some referals. I'm already advertising on get ref, Loudtraffic and Em-Traffic but I didnt get any referal, only money on my ptp pages. So plese give me some good website and explain to me why they are good. I don,t want just a link. Than you

Well, the only thing that comes to mind is myspace. Getting a page, building up friends, and sending abulletin with your link on it.
