If you are so good why are you not playing the game. For get about playing about country at least should have played for your state. It seems every one is a expert when it comes to cricket. I am no expert. But I think in any sport winning and losing is part of the sport. The team needs support when they are down not when they are doing very well. At least understand that. Cricket is not a religion and just telling it hundred times won't make it one. Regards

yeah mate i'm postive on your point of view on cricketers. its kind of Game not any faith or creed. In This Globalized world we can see how the new teams are coming up in just some years not only in game of cricket but other games tooo..like soccer. So now its ruthless to bash any cricketer or expert. So please stop up your minds and fingers to type such comments on cricketers and game of cricket itself.

Hi, you can only bash somebody when you love them so much. If you have a friend or brother who gives up without putting up a fight in a challenging situation, won't you chide him or be angry with him for atleast a few days? And you don't have to be an expert in that field to do so. You just do it for the affection you have on them. It's just that you don't want yourself or anybody else to see them as losers. Think about this way, even if indians go on and win the world cup, we don't gain anything monetorily or otherwise. It's only them who are going to be benefitted by means of money and fame and what not. You are only too happy to see that they have done something to make themselves better. That's love for the game in India. You are right, cricket is not just religion in India, but it's the soul of every indian, inseparably mingled. Thanks.

If you love some one you support them when they are not doing well if you don't do that you dont truly love them you just want to bask in their glory. Again if you are saying that there hated and houses and family members harassed because they are loved I am glad only 15 are there in the world cup who has to suffer this love. When someone who has not played international cricket begins to give advice to these players on how to play their game it is a little too much. We all say cricket is a profession and want its cricketers to be professionals . I don't any other profession where people from various other professions which has nothing to do with their line of work comment on without sounding ridiculous. Regards

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You and I are telling the same thing albeit in different ways. Read my comment carefully once more and you will understand. You must understand one thing clearly. These professionals represent India, of which we are a part. We spend our money and time on them and they should be worth it. This is not like professional boxing, where only the individual corners glory or suffers ignonimous defeat, where the country's name is not dragged in the mud, like "indians lose" as happens in cricket. It's like this; you go to a store, pay money and buy something; if it is not of your expected quality, you are justified in abusing and suing the manufacturer. What you are telling is that as you are not an expert in the product's manufacturing process, you don't have the right to criticise the product, which is wrong. But I agree completely with you regarding harassment of their family members. It's wrong and barbaric without doubt. And haven't you read the papers in the last 2 days? All past legends and experienced columnists echo the same sentiment of the common man, and this includes people who generally keep silent and conservative on such issues in the past. If past players and professionals bash them, it means they deserve it. So, your argument to support them at this time sound hollow. And in news channels, already some enterpreneurs are opining that they are no longer interested to allow cricketers to endorse their products, as their performance was pathetic beyong imagination. I agree that winning and losing is part and parcel of every sport, but you should lose gracefully, holding your head high. You cannot lose games in the way india did against bangladesh and srilanka, and expect to get sympathy and support from the supporting millions. Thanks.

Correct me if I am wrong. Are you saying these players are products for our use. Which we can complain or throw away after we are entertained. If you are saying that I don't agree with you. But you have the right to your opinion. Yes some of the people complaining about the current players are ex international players. They have knowledge and they should be able to provide an useful analysis. But if you look at most of the media most of the so called experts are celebrities and reporters who have no knowledge of the game. But that was not my point. We support our family or people we love when they are not doing well or are feeling miserable. That is where support is useful or has any meaning. I apply that to Indian team or any one I support or admire. I don't think these players lose the matches deliberately. These things happen in the world. world. And I dont believe having more or less money makes a player perform more or less if he is making a true professional. Indian teams have always been like this. Even when the so called experts played the team played like this barring from the world cup and one or two tournaments. So you have to accept the fact that media has made this team in to something it never was. Regards

Just like saying anything will not help it. One have to prove themselves. Winning and losing is a part of game. When they are losing give them moral support and encourage them.
