how many scoops of sugar into your coffee or tea?

i like to drink tea, and since i like it sweet i usually put 4 scoops of sugar in :)

well, I use Equal or Splenda & it depends on the size of the cup. I use ALOT. 5 packets for a largish mug & about a quarter of a cup of milk too - I like a little coffee with my milk. I also like my hot tea sweet & use the same amount for the same size mug. Iced tea I make a little less sweet - but it isn't as strong either.

2 sugar in a regular coffee, but at tim hortons I get a large double-triple, 2 cream 3 sugar!

as a diabetic i cannot use sugar but if you are talking of iced tea i have tried to like it but cant i like hot tea bu ever since comming to the US i have never took to drinking it iced !

i like 2 scoops of sugar and 4 scoops of milk in my coffee. now tea i like 1 1/2 cups of sugar to make a quart lol. my husband drinks his coffee 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup coffee together. lol
