how much hours u spend in front of TV?

It depends. If it's a work day, an average of 1 to 2 hours is spent for TV time. I'd rather sleep during the my free time. But I try not to miss on some of my favorite TV shows. Then on rest days, I spend like 4 to 5 hours in from of the TV. This is used to catch up on missed episodes, or watch reruns. Or just to browse through different channels for new music videos and programs.

wen i was in home , i spend 3 to 4 hours a day before tv....but now im in hostel.....now i watch football only .

I would say about 4 hours a day at the most, sometimes less depending if there's a good movie on. I have to watch the Guiding Light and the new shows don't appeal to me. There's only certain shows I watch on a regular basis. I just realized that I've changed as I once watched TV a lot longer that this, so I think I'm getting better at not being a couch potato, so thanks for asking this question.
