my back neck is aching...

Hi Jencai, I think i might be able to help u atleast partially. Its really sad to see u writhing with pain at such a small age. Well probably most of the day u r sitting in a chair and thats the reason to ur back ache. I woulod like you get an warm oil massage daily right from your neck to the waist with a little pressure to ensure better blood circulation. Remember it must be massaged in circles and also u must dring plenty of water. Brisk walks along with free ahnd excercising like bending forward and backword, turning the neck in all diections would be a best form of excercise. Drink lots of fresh water, and dont strain ur self much. Try this for aout a month to get best results. I really hope it would work.
