Ah! Good doubt.
Since there are not many people who have lost their sense of smell, and even those who have lost it, are not as badly affected as those who are blind or deaf, we do not use the term used for them very commonly.
Those without a sense of smell are called Anosmic.
But nowadays, the term commonly officially used for describing lack of an ability is 'Challenged'. For example,
Visually challenged
Mentally challenged
Physically challenged
So, I guess, we might as well used the term Olfactorially challenged for those without a sense of smell! :)
