Loosing weight requires strong determination.First you have to be determined.Then you should start with a small steps.You have to start two things under your control.First one is exercise regularly and control on food habits.

Yeah.you are right! Someone also must be patient and strong in order to achieve the acceptable weight.Be focus of what they want to get and not to give up easily.
