Have u seen some married couples where wife is taller than husband or wife is extremely pretty and husband doesnt have a great physical appearance .. sometimes one is black and the other is white .. we often see people commenting on such pairs (so to say - mismatch pairs) .. is it really very important to have a good lookin or complementing spouse .. what if u really like the person for what he/she is .. u have almost been like soul mates in real life .. but u do not look very great as a couple ..
YOur say?

The thing is all that matters is that there is love between 2 people. What they look like is not important. I am a very heavy set and short, my husband is skinny and tall, who cares we love eachother and that is all that matters.

To me looks are not that important. For first impressions, sure. I would never marry someone based on my first impression of them. I think beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To me people get more and more beautiful as i see more and more of their good inner qualities - like kindness, respect, love, generosity, emapthy. I want a partner not a showpiece. But then again I am not the most modellike person myself....
