Hibernate

Do you know about Hibernate option? i usually use Hibernate option so that i can continue my work in continous manner.

I never use the hibernate option and even disable it on my laptop. I leave the computer on so that I can use it as soon as I return, so I do not want to have to resume ot at all.

I usually use "hibernate" except at night when I am going to sleep. If I'm going to bed, I will usually turn off the computer and unplug it, because it has a light that stays on even if the computer is off. My laptop is in my room, so it bothers me if I am trying to sleep.
