Betrayed and used by those you love... (family)

I love my family, would die for them, go in debt for them (and I HAVE), I would drop everything and run to help them....
But I am beginning to feel very very very used. How do you be family but not feel used? And if they ask for something and yu say no how do you avoid the sense of betrayal and their (perfected) guilt trips?

This hasnt only happened to u but to me as well.I too love my family so much that I m ready to give everything possible.Sometimes we do feel very used at a particular stage. The best way is to keep the thinking out of themind as afterall its all about our family. It is very very hard to say no to the family we love.SO the best way is we must be more and more communicative to them.In some cases we are not able to do what they want us to do.SO if we clearly say to them with the best explanation we can atleast not have thatsense of btrayal or guilt

actually if you love somebody so much you must give more and expect less. that is how love goes... they will understand in time that you also have a life and an obligation to yourself. if you feel guilty, it shows you did something wrong
