How much you give importance to your friend?

Dear friends, How much you give importance to your friends at all? Ever you loose any good friend from your friend with any silly reasons? If so, what was the reason? How can you keep in touch with them? I am asking you to know because, one of my best friend on net, fought with me for no reason and I lost her. Really that is very unfortunate to mis-understood friends by referring other friends(false alligations). Do you belive such words against your friends if anybody said to you blindly?
