Well it is very important to run a good routine on your computer 2 to 3 times very month at least that's my habit. It's important to eliminate all or at least most traces of spyware from your computer. Next, make use you periodically delete your "Temporary Internet Files" as the fold that contains that data can grow rather large. Also a good defragment at least once every two weeks is a great practice to pick up. Next, you can download a very good application that's very small and I highly recommend called C Cleaner (Crap Cleaner) it's a very good program for eliminating most other traces of various files that are useless and you computer doesn't need them anymore, but keeping them in your system can slow you computer down quite a bit over time.
