"Mommy may I have hot water for my brain?"
Yes, that's what my 3 y.o. son said. For the past couple of days he has colds and I gave him a cup of hot water (warm) to drink and I told him it's good for his throat and cough. And he liked it. However, he kept saying for his brain. Probably because he once asked me why we need bones in our head and I told him it's to protect our brain.

That's so cute!! I have a cold myself. Hot water might be a good idea. I hadn't thought of that. I will definitely try it, because this cold is driving me nuts!!!
I hope he's feeling better real soon.

Kids are so wonderful in their innocence and imagination. You know, Id wager that a great deal of inventions and improvements for lif would be created by children. They seem to have such a instinctive and open mind. Long may that continue!
