La Nina in Sabah, Malaysia

It's been a few days raining in Sabah. This is due to the la nina - the raining season in stead of al nino the dry season which predicted earlier. It's raining almost all the day and some of the time with the tunderstorm. Last night i tried to called my sisters and niece mobiles' phone but coudl't get through...this is what i not really like when the weather is not good,..our communication system also goes bad....have you ever face this kind of problem?

I t has been raining cats and dogs too in KL but no effect to the communications though. The only thing that is affected by the rain here is ASTRO.

yes, ASTRO is definitely will get affected by the rain as it is using the satellite. Due to cloud and rain the signal can't be sent to our receiver...

biasa la..bcoz sbah is the land below the wind. So it will be obvious during the rainy seasons.

yeah when it rains there are many problems like, no astro,poor cellphone signal,problems accessing public transport.. im still adpating from the climate here in malaysia.. at least every 5pm it rains.. i live in a condo unit on the 21st floor so every time it rains,,the wind really blows like its going to shatter all my windows.. i hope the weather will be better here..
