I think my favorite part is from chapter 20: the part where Mr. Bennet tells Elizabeth that she has to be separated from one parent or another forever because her mother will never speak to her again if she does not marry Mr. Collins and he will never speak to her again if she does. It's a delightful and unexpected comedic moment, like so many other good ones in the book, but it reminds me of why I like Mr. Bennet so much, despite his foibles. What do you think?

I have always liked the part when Mr. Darcy comes to her after Lady Catharine had just left. When they admit finally that they love each other. Sorry, I am a hopeful (never hopeless) romantic.

You made a good point, though, I should have made it obvious in the title that this is P&P. Thanks for the response!

My favourite passage is when Lizzie goes to Pemberley and begins to fall in love with Darcy and wish she hadn't rejected him. It's one of the best moments.

Definitely favorite part is at Pemberley when Lizzie's view of Darcy changes. Another great part is when Lady Catherine is talking down on Lizzie but Lizzie is able to bite back at her incisive comments.

Mine wa when Darcy tells Elizabeth that despite all his attempts to forget her, he is madly in love with her. And the one where Darcy tells Elizabeth that she has to accept that her mother is funny lot.
