Is there really justice?

My wife has been chasing a civil judgment for over 5 years. At every turn, the justice system seems to favor the couple who damaged her property. They have outright lied in court on multiple occasions and nothing happens. Have you had any luck collecting a judgment?

Judgements are tough to collect. Put a lien on thier house and any vehicles they have registered. That usually wakes people up.

Unfortunately, they've never tried to buy a house and we've attempted to get a vehicle but they have "exemptions". The shame of it is that there are never any consequences for their actions and I'm beginning to believe there never will be.

Rebel man don't you know that Muncie is crooked? Last year in May a detective's nephew attempted to kidnap my 7 year old at time time daughter. I live over by S.S. Highschool, my daughters grandmother bought the house two doors away from me. Ry was walking from grandma's house to my house I was standing in my yard watching her come the two doors down as we do live on the same street the High school is on and it is pretty busy. When a car going east bound, she was walking west bound, Stop and the guy in the car tried to get her into his car. I heard him say to her "Little girl get in my car!" I screamed like a mad woman. We called the police and had the license plate number. They were ready to charge this boy, till they found out who he was, oh did I mention that his aunt also works for the Prosuctor's Office. This town is corrupt. Unless you have alot of money or know people in positions of power here, you are screwed. That is the life we live living in Muncie.
